How do I give my partner or family access?
Add them in Family. Your business confirms anyone who can collect your dog.
For dog owners
- On Home, open Family.
- Tap Add someone and enter their name and mobile.
- Choose what they can do: see everything, or pick-up only.
- Pick-up people are confirmed by your business before they can collect your dog.
