Signing in with Google or Microsoft isn’t working
Usually a pop-up blocker, the wrong account or a work account that needs approval.
For businesses and dog owners
- Make sure you pick the same Google or Microsoft account you signed up with. The account chooser can default to another one.
- On a computer, allow pop-ups for packday.app and try again.
- With a Microsoft work account, your IT admin may need to approve PackDay first. If you see Need admin approval, send them that screen.
- If it still fails, use Continue with email with the same address.
If that didn’t work
In the test version, the Google and Microsoft buttons are demos that sign you in to the sample account. Real sign-in is coming with the App Store build.
