How do I move from Gingr, Revelation Pets or PetExec?
Export owners and pets as CSV, then add them in Import.
For businesses
- Gingr: Owners › View all owners › Export to CSV, then the Animals report for pets, breeds and vaccines.
- Revelation Pets: Reports › Customer history and Vaccinations › Export, plus the Bookings report.
- PetExec: export your owner and pet lists from its reports as CSV. We haven’t confirmed every PetExec report yet, so send us a sample if it doesn’t read.
- In PackDay, open More › Import clients, dogs and team, tap your old system or Choose files, then check the matches.
If that didn’t work
Owners with several pets in one cell: the first dog is added and the rest are flagged for you to add.
