How do I move from MoeGo?
Download the Client & Pet Summary on a computer, then ask MoeGo for a full export.
For businesses
- On a computer, open MoeGo Insights › Reports. Downloads aren’t available in the MoeGo app.
- Download the Client & Pet Summary report as Excel.
- For appointments, vaccines and notes, ask MoeGo support for a full data export.
- In PackDay, open More › Import clients, dogs and team, tap MoeGo for the steps, then Choose files. Pets, breeds, owners and phones are matched automatically.
If that didn’t work
In the test version, tapping MoeGo loads sample MoeGo files so you can see how it works. A direct MoeGo connection isn’t available yet.
