How do I invite my clients to the owner app?
Each client gets a code made from your business and their dog, sent by text or email.
For businesses
- Go to More › Invite clients to the app.
- Everyone with a mobile number is ticked. Untick anyone you’d rather not invite yet, or tap Select none and pick a few.
- Check the message, then tap Send invites.
- Each owner gets a text with a link to the free owner app and their own code, like SUNNY-LUNA.
- Come back to the same screen to see who’s On the app and who still gets texts.
If that didn’t work
In this test version invites aren’t really sent. Read the code out or show it on screen instead.
