I’ve been invited to a team. How do I join?
Open the app, choose I work at a dog business and enter the team code your manager sent.
For businesses
- Open the PackDay app and tap Get started.
- Choose I work at a dog business, then Continue.
- Enter the team invite code your manager sent you and tap Join. The button shows your business’s name.
- You see what your role allows. Owners and managers look after billing, exports and client data.
If that didn’t work
If your code doesn’t work, ask your manager to resend the invite from Team › People.
