How do I get a refund?
Apple purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
For businesses and dog owners
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Choose Request a refund, pick the reason and the PackDay purchase.
- Apple usually replies within 48 hours.
- Charges from your daycare or groomer are between you and them. PackDay doesn’t take or hold that money.
If that didn’t work
If Apple declines and you think it’s wrong, tell us on the contact form. We can’t refund Apple purchases ourselves, but we’ll help where we can.
