The website or web dashboard looks broken

Do a hard refresh, then clear the site’s data if that doesn’t fix it.

For businesses and dog owners

1. Do a hard refresh: Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac.
2. Try a private window. If it works there, an extension or old cache is the cause.
3. Clear data for packday.app only: in Chrome, click the icon left of the address › Site settings › Delete data.
4. Use an up-to-date Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.
