Notifications aren’t arriving
Check phone permissions, Focus, and the notification settings inside PackDay.
For businesses and dog owners
- iPhone Settings › Notifications › PackDay: make sure Allow Notifications is on and Lock Screen, Notification Centre and Banners are ticked.
- Check Focus: Settings › Focus. If Sleep, Work or Do Not Disturb is on, add PackDay to Allowed apps.
- Inside PackDay, open Notifications (owners: your dog’s tab › Notifications; businesses: More › Notifications) and turn on the ones you want.
- Check Quiet hours on the same screen. During quiet hours notifications arrive silently and wait under the bell.
- Owners: tap Send me a test notification at the bottom of Notifications to check.
If that didn’t work
In the test version, notifications only appear inside the app. Real push notifications come with the App Store version.
