What are quiet hours?

Times when PackDay stays silent. Notifications wait under the bell; lost and found alerts still come through.

For businesses and dog owners

1. Owners: open your dog’s tab › Notifications, turn on Quiet hours and pick the times.
2. Business team: open More › Notifications › Quiet hours for your own phone.
3. During quiet hours notifications arrive silently and wait under the bell, or in More › Notifications for the team.
4. Lost tag and found alerts always come through, so a lost dog can always get home.
5. Businesses don’t send reminders or offers to owners between 8 pm and 7 am. See More › Reminders.
