How do I turn on two-step sign-in?

In Sign-in and security, pick a passkey, an authenticator app or text codes.

For businesses and dog owners

1. Business: open More › Sign-in and security. Owners: open your dog’s tab › Sign-in and security.
2. Tap Turn on two-step sign-in.
3. Choose a passkey with Face ID (recommended), an authenticator app, or text message codes.
4. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe, away from your phone.
5. Business owners can require it for managers or the whole team from the same screen.
